The value of an alpine larder for us lies above all in the possibility of rediscovering our variety of herbs, berries and spices ourselves. To learn again how to process and refine them, in all their variations. Tradition and new techniques merge. A healthy cuisine, prepared with wholesome and natural products, certainly contributes to physical well-being. We do not use flavour enhancers or chemical additives. Spices, herbs and alpine rock salt are the crowning glory of every recipe. They not only serve the taste, they are also natural remedies.
