The highlights of our “La Cucina” are the homemade pasta dishes and crispy wood oven pizzas. The selection of variants is unique in Switzerland! Our pizzaiolo “Orlando” is truly unique. He loves his wood oven and Italian cuisine more than anything else. He celebrated his 20th anniversary with us in June 2020. But “Orlando” is not only a great pizza baker, but also a master in baking nut gateaux and pear breads. Of course these made in our wood oven as well. You must try them!
